Jocelyn Wallace specializes in re-engineering companies for remarkable growth. Her entrepreneurial drive began early, motivated by personal and financial challenges that shaped her resourcefulness. Growing up in a family that struggled to make ends meet, Jocelyn created her first small businesses in lawn care and assisting elderly neighbors—all before age 15. Whenever she encountered obstacles, she drafted the blueprint to work around them, always driven by a desire to help others.
Her passion for the commercial print industry ignited during high school and college, where she worked second shifts for local newspaper printers. This hands-on experience in prepress darkrooms and assisting press floor operators sparked her respect and love for the industry’s artistry and precision. With this foundation, Jocelyn went on to earn degrees in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Management, and Leadership Development, all while continuing to deepen her expertise in print production operations.
Over the next 10+ years, Jocelyn brought her process-driven approach to the print industry, improving production efficiency and building optimized workflows. In 2009, she launched her own consulting firm, where she focused on strategic planning and operational excellence. Most recently, as CEO and co-owner of an $11 million logistics and agronomy company, she achieved a 600% profit increase within a year. Over her 15 years of consulting, Jocelyn has consistently driven net gains of $2-$12 million for her clients—earning her the title, The Profit Architect.
